The latest technical progress can be found in the 'Origen' collection from San Ignacio
The 'Origen' collection by San Ignacio features technical advances that enable you to cook using less oil while optimising energy consumption. In addition, it combines materials such as aluminium, stainless steel and carbon steel. Sensations are generated, giving rise to results such as a hammered copper finish, to offer surprising products that are most enticing.
 
This technical progress is based around an the innovative System Plus diffuser base. Aside from a high performance on any heat source, the base of the article is reinforced, making it more resistant to heat shock. The avantgarde non-stick surface, the new 'Forza 4' non-stick, is reinforced with copper particles for greater conductivity, also features diamond for greater toughness, sapphire to maximise the non-stick capability and titanium to guarantee durability.
 
The 'Origen' collection from San Ignacio is 100% environmentally friendly. The materials are totally recyclable, cadmium and lead-free and contribute to reducing CO2 emissions. Additionally, the packaging has been created without the use of plastics, instead comprising cardboard that can be composted. A truly eco-friendly alternative to replace plastic.
 
These technical advances have been tested and endorsed with the prestigious Cook & Chef Institute seal of approval. This latter works with over 90 chefs from more than 60 different countries.
