Empowering cancer research through culinary excellence: our partnership with Fundación Aladina

Last week, we had the privilege of attending a distinguished cooking course organized by the Fundación Aladina, featuring catering by Isabel Maestre.

Isabel Maestre is a renowned figure in the culinary world, celebrated for her exceptional contributions. She has been honored with the National Gastronomy Award for Best Chef, the FEDEPE Businesswoman of the Year Award, and the Cervantes Gastronomy Award in 2020. With over thirty years of experience, Maestre has played a significant role in many of Madrid's most important social events.

This cooking course is a vital component of Escuela de Cocina Aladina, which supports Fundación Aladina’s pioneering cancer research project: EPICKids. During the event, we had the extraordinary opportunity to learn directly from Isabel Maestre. She guided us through the preparation of some of her catering’s most iconic dishes, including cherry gazpacho with royal crab and Iberian pork cheeks with celery purée.

The event was held at the flagship store of GUNNI&TRENTINO in Madrid, providing an elegant and inspiring setting for the culinary session. We are grateful for the support of our partners in this project. Bergner Europe generously provided the glassware and tableware for the event, enhancing the overall experience and adding a touch of sophistication to the occasion.

We are honored to support Fundación Aladina and their mission to advance cancer research through innovative and community-focused initiatives. Our engagement in such projects aligns with our core values and underscores our commitment to social responsibility. We believe that by working together, we can make a meaningful impact and contribute to the advancement of crucial cancer research.

We look forward to continuing our support for Fundación Aladina and other initiatives that promote innovation, community welfare, and the betterment of society.
