Carlo Cracco, the new ambassador for Bergner

Carlo Cracco, the new ambassador for Bergner
Italian chef Carlo Cracco has joined the list of ambassadors representing Bergner. Carlo Cracco is one of the best-known chefs in Italy, having been a successful juror on Italian Masterchef prior to running his own show "Hell's Kitchen". This latter is the most popular Italian cookery show (broadcast on Sky One Italy).

An eclectic gastronome who is a keen observer of everything related to aroma and flavour, Cracco has become known as one of the key figures in the technological and artistic revolution in Italian cuisine.

His career began alongside Gustiero Marchesi in Milan, a man considered the Godfather of Modern Italian Cuisine, in the first Italian restaurant to achieve 3 Michelin stars. He moved to France to work with Alain Ducasse (Hotel de Paris, Monaco) and Lucas Cartones (Senderens, in Paris), with whom he refined his culinary skills and from whom he learnt the secrets of French haute cuisine. Upon his return to Italy, he took on the role of head chef at the Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence, another pillar of international restaurant business. This was exactly the time when the restaurant achieved its third Michelin star.

Nowadays, he has his own restaurant along the well-known 'Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II' in Milan, recipient of 2 Michelin stars and among the 50 best restaurants in the world.

Aside from his lengthy experience in the world of 'haute cuisine', Carlo Cracco will be contributing to the development of certain collections for the Bergner company.
