We are very pleased to announce that Martin Bailie has joined The Bergner Group as an advisor, given his vast experience in the world of Retail.

In addition to his role when it comes to building Road to Market that connect us with large retailers in strategic markets, Martin aims to support the company's transformation based on four pillars: Glocal, Digitalization, Sustainable Growth and Human.

As founder of MWB Advisory Ltd, Martin has been instrumental in delivering growth transformation strategies and implementing value creation for his clients. He has also been a non-executive director of McNulty Performance, a senior business advisor to PwC at Strategy&, a member of the Board of Advisors of RETHINK Retail and has held senior positions including CEO of Asia-JV Tesco/Tata and COO and Board Executive of Lidl UK/IE or Board Executive of Primark Group.

Martin Bailie skillfully blends commercial, financial and brand leadership with a visionary strategic overview and an analytical, comprehensive knowledge of local and global context. Universally, he is acknowledged as a gifted and responsive driver of sweeping strategic and operational transition, transforming efficiency, dynamism and fluidity to achieve measurable increases in market share.
