"III Certamen de Cocina y Pastelería" of Master D, ambassador school of the Cook & Chef Institute foundation.
Today took place the long-awaited final of the "III Certamen de Cocina y Pastelería" of Master D in Zaragoza, ambassador school of the Cook & Chef Institute Foundation (Bergner Corporate Foundation), and event sponsored by the foundation. The competition brought together six talented participants in front of a panel of nine distinguished gastronomic professionals, including Antonio Arrabal, Susi Diaz, Paco Torreblanca, Miguel A. Vicente, Fahad Aljaberi and Juan Carlos Campos.

After a rigorous deliberation, the winners were announced: Sandro Toro took first place in the professional category with his creations "Mole negro con puré de avellana y magra de pato" and "Flor Carnaval rellena de crema de lima-limón y merengue italiano de azafrán". In the amateur category, Manuel González Martín stood out with his proposals of "Presa a baja temperatura con anchovies y alcaparras", and "Brownie de chocolate blanco con espuma de baileys". 

The winners received a lot of Premium Products, an economic prize and the opportunity to choose a course at the MasterD School of Hospitality and Tourism to continue their training. This exceptional day highlighted not only culinary excellence, but also the commitment of all participants. We congratulate Sandro Toro and Manuel González, as well as all the aspirants, for their outstanding contributions in the kitchen.
