Gastronomy & Health Awards

Gastronomy & Health Awards
The Cook & Chef Institute Foundation has awarded Club Inclucina and Atades the Gastronomy and Health Prize for their training program. This saw students with learning difficulties from San Martín de Porres and San Antonio de ATADES schools learning to cook in workshops under the tutelage of well-known restaurant chefs.

The jury voted unanimously in favour on the awarding of this prize. The jury was comprised of members of the Cook & Chef Institute Foundation's trust, who decided to reward the commitment of Club Inclucina and Atades to the disabled in our region and for helping to provide healthy models to follow within the world of gastronomy.

The prizes for this Ist Edition of the Gastronomy & Health Awards were handed out by the Cook & Chef Institute Foundation on 14 November at the Palacio de Congresos in Zaragoza in the SALA 2008 as part of the Vth Gastronomy & Health Conference. The awards were presented by Pepe Rodríguez and Samantha Vallejo-Nágera, ambassadors from GHs and the Cook & Chef Institute Foundation.
