In Bergner Europe we have joined the Digital Pact for the Protection of Individuals, an initiative of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) to achieve a great agreement for citizen coexistence in the digital environment, which makes "data protection compatible with innovation, ethics and business competitiveness". This is an initiative that promotes the commitment of organizations such as ours to sustainability policies and business models.
The initiative was born as a great pact for citizen coexistence in the digital environment, in which privacy is valued as an asset for public and private organizations and is open to the adhesion of legal entities.
More than 50 entities have already joined this Pact, by which they express their commitment to people through the fundamental right to data protection and privacy, both for customers and users of their services, as well as for the staff of each organization, through a responsible and ethical use of technology.
